Arrival / Departure:
On your day of departure you have to leave the room by 10 o’clock a.m.. On your day of arrival your room will be finished for you at 2 o’clock p.m..
Cancellation:
If you are not able to go away, you have to leave earlier than planned or arrive later we have to bring 80 % of the whole room-price in account. To avoid cancellation costs make a travel cancellation insurance.
If you do not have your meals we do not pay any fees.
Short stay:
If you do not stay longer as 4 days we charge EUR 10,- per person and per day.
Bookings:
Reservations are valid when we have received the obligatory deposit of EUR 400,- per room on our account!
